AEC will be making our move to the new NISC software platform beginning 12-31-2024 through 1-13-2025. During this time frame, all electronic payment options will be suspended. This includes credit cards, online, IVR phone, Mobile App and Kiosk options. AEC offices will be open during this down time and will be able to accept cash or check payments in the office or through US Mail. To assist our members, AEC will waive late fees and payment related disconnections during the month of January 2025. AEC will resume normal payment options on January 13, 2025. We will provide additional online account management options on our website and social media platforms once our conversion process is completed.
