Member Appreciation Events 2026
Our Member Appreciation events are always enjoyed by our members. In 2026, we plan to bring you three exciting opportunities:
July 11, 2026
Time: 10:00 AM until 2:00 PM.
Location: White Pine Splash Pad (3000-3018 Roy Messer Hwy, White Pine, TN)
Food: Hot Dogs, Chips, Drinks, Ice Cream and Snow Cones
Member Give-a-way: 5 gallon AEC car wash buckets
Activities: Bounce houses, inflatable water slide, bucket truck rides, kid games, splash pad, Efficiency Trailer, Scavenger Hunt, bubbles, bingo, corn hole, pie the Lineman and High-Striker.
August 13, 2026
Time: 6:00 PM until 9:00 PM
Location: West Hamblen County Fire Department (6301 W Andrew Johnson Hwy, Talbott, TN)
Food: Petros, Drinks, Ice Cream and Watermelon.
Member Give-a-way: School Supplies and Gift Certificates to the Landing.
Activities: Bounce houses, bucket truck rides, Shriners Train, Balloon Art, Climbing Wall, kid games, Efficiency Trailer, Scavenger Hunt, corn hole, Bingo, face painting, Jenga and Scavenger Hunt.
September 26, 2026
Time: 10:00 AM until 3:00 PM
Location: Jefferson County High School (115 W Dumplin Valley Rd, Dandridge, TN)
Food: Catered BBQ (Buddy’s), baked beans, potato salad, slaw, drinks, cookies, Ice Cream light breakfast items, Coffee trucks (2), muffins, kind bars, fruit. Concessions—drinks, Snow Cone truck, chips and nacho & cheese.
Member Give-a-way: Annual Meeting attendee give-a-way is camping chairs. Member Appreciation (12:00 PM – 3:00 PM) attendee give-a-way is vendor booth items and light bulbs.
Activities: Kids Area / Activity Zone / Efficiency Village
Annual Meeting business meeting registration is 10:00 AM – 11:00 AM
Annual Meeting is 11:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Lunch begins at 12:00 PM
Member Appreciation Event is from 12:00 PM – 3:00 PM
