Annual Meeting & Member Appreciation Event

Our final Member Appreciation event of 2025 will be held on Saturday, September 27 at Jefferson County High School in Dandridge. The time will be 10:00 am until 2:00pm. This event will be held in conjunction with AEC’s 85^th Annual Meeting. We’ll have a coffee truck to welcome you and registration for the Annual meeting will begin at 10:00 am. The business meeting will start promptly at 11:00 am. A catered lunch will be served inside the school cafeteria. Outside, activities will be going on from 10:00 am until 2:00 pm and will feature bounce houses, a petting zoo, AEC’s energy efficiency trailer and our safety demonstration trailer. We’ll also have the Shriners train, balloon art and game stations. Refreshment stations will keep you filled up and cooled down. Join us for this combined daytime event and enjoy the fun.
