Pin# Required for IVR Payments

Reminder, members paying their electric bill through the IVR phone service will be required to set up an IVR Pin Number. This 4-digit number is designed to provide increased security for credit card transactions. The IVR will walk the member through this easy set up process. The Pin number only applies to payments made through the IVR Phone option.
