Important Notice to Our Members:
We want to let you know that you may be receiving your billing statement late. We’ve experienced delays with our outside vendor that prints and sends out our statements monthly, due to COVID-19 staffing shortages. Because of this billing delay, effective immediately, AEC will temporarily waive all late fees until this issue is resolved.
We also want to let you know you can receive your statement information several other ways. First, you may contact our Accounts Receivable department to receive verification of the bill amount due. You can also visit Member Portal to view your statement online, or you can view it on the AEC mobile app. Members have the option to sign up for free electronic bill notifications from AEC via text or email. Additionally, we offer the option of ACH payment and paperless billing. We apologize for the inconvenience.
